(FB)Live @ Lunch on September 7, 2017

On September 7, we are launching FB Live @ Lunch. It will be a Facebook Live Streaming event during the typical lunch break.

Topic: What is Lit? The technology age is upon us, where language is more in emoji's and txt language than in full sentences. What they like and think is cool is very unique. Asking questions like, where do they hang out online? Who is snapchat? Where did Jeeves Go? That's just some of what the discussion will be about when we go Live.

Best of the Mess Block #3 - This FB Live @ Lunch is an extension of the Best of the Mess parent meeting, where we will dig into Block #3. If you were at Best of the Mess, you have an idea of what is to come. The content is great for ALL middle school parents.

Why? As a church, we desire to partner with you during this phase in your students life. In the coming months, we are going to process through topics that will help you parent your student and give you ideas that will help your student grow in their relationship with Jesus. Leave a comment or contact us with questions and/or topics you want us to talk about.

How? Let's use the latest technology to partner together. We are all very busy and everyone coming to one location is challenging. We are going to leverage facebook technology to help accomplish this goal. Our very first FB Live at Lunch is scheduled for Sept 7th. All you need to do, log in to facebook to watch and interact.

Time? Start at noon (est) and it will be about 15min.

Why Facebook? They have simple technology that will allow us to communicate with each other. And the video will reside there to watch in the future.

Timing doesn't work for me? That is NOT a problem either. You can still watch and even leave comments on the video afterwards. It will reside on our facebook page - www.facebook.com/hope.middle.school. After the video has a unique link, we will post it right here on our website to make it easy for you to watch or share.

Questions? Leave a comment or email us.
